Shipping and Returns


Brooky’s Motorcycle Accessories uses Australia Post as our preferred carrier. All orders are completely trackable via a unique tracking number which allows you to track the progress of your delivery in real time.


Brooky’s Motorcycle Accessories Standard postage provides the fastest and most efficient standard postage method possible to ANYWHERE in Australia through Aus Post E-Parcel service. Brooky’s reaches more locations and uses the fastest shipping method available and completely trackable. We will email you a tracking number so you can see exactly where your order is.

The orders takes between 3-20 days depends on each area,  If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY


If you require your order urgently please select Express shipping method at the checkout, the additional fee will be applied at this point>
Note: if your order was originally FREE shipping you will only pay the balance to upgrade to Express

NOTE: Australian addresses only. These estimates are provided by our shipping partners Australia Post and are to be used as a guide. Bulky and Special orders may take longer. We will even ship to your PO box, ONLY Brooky’s can provide this service!  Remember, place your order before 11AM AEST to ensure it leaves our warehouse the same day!

Once you have placed your order, you will be provided a unique tracking number. Track your order at:

You can always contact Aus Post directly on 13 POST (13 7678) and follow the prompts.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or relevant courier depot.


NOTE: By choosing this delivery method Brooky’s will not be held responsible for lost or stolen or damaged goods.

If paying with PayPal, we will only send to the address associated with your  PayPal account.

Brooky’s Motorcycle Accessories dispatch web orders Monday / Wednesday / Friday; we will make every effort to dispatch your order within 1 working day whenever possible
(we can't ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays). All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney

Most orders are stored at our main warehouse and sent ASAP. However, due to the huge range of items and parts we offer, we may need to order additional stock to cover the orders.
products are then checked, packed, and shipped to you. Because of this, shipping times may be extended by 2-3 days depending on the supply location of your item/s.
Any delay longer than this you will be contacted by one of our customer service agents.

Australian External Territories will be considered International Orders and will have a freight charge applied equal to our freight cost to pack and send the item. (including Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands etc)
In some instances your request to order may be declined where a suitable freight service cannot be offered. Any payments made will be refunded in full.
Due to the time frame for freight deliveries to these locations, no missing articles will be considered lost by Brooky’s Motorcycles Accessories or the relevant shipping company for a minimum of 3 months from shipping date.

When you see the "FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA" on a product page, there will be no freight charge for regular road post items. If you request an Express Post or air freight upgrade this will attract a fee equal to the increase in our postage cost.
This is applicable for all Australian customers except for External Territories


Brooky’s take the risk out of purchasing online:

If you receive any product that you feel does not match the product description or fit your application as described, simply contact us within 30 days, to arrange returning the product. Any return request that falls outside of the 30 days may be refused. All returned products MUST be returned in the condition that you received it with all original packaging and tags attached and we will happily exchange or refund.

NOTE: If your order was originally purchased with free freight, your product will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by Brooky’s. This freight cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post freight calculator. Before sending your items back, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. The buyer is also responsible for organising (and paying for) the freight of the return.

Return Terms & Conditions

All returns MUST be authorised by Brooky’s before goods are returned. Please call or email one of our helpful staff and they will give you an RAN (Return Authority Number) which must be enclosed in return parcel.

All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached (unless faulty). All packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please see the list below for things to be aware of to ensure your item is accepted for return:

Faulty Items:

If you have a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired or replaced, please contact our customer service team before sending the item back. If emailing regarding a fault, please attach pictures of the fault so the item can be assessed before a return is approved. In cases where a faulty item was received, Brooky’s will cover the return costs on the faulty item. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames (30 days) providing the item is still under warranty. Please contact customer service on 1300 770 556 or the brand directly for warranty periods. 

Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage/Shipping 

Brooky’s attempt to have your refund processed within 24 hours of receiving; however, some faults must be approved by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case, we will keep you informed on a regular basis via email updates.
